These moments of celebration punctuate our lives. However, even if we speak of Agile “ceremonies”, they are not strictly speaking moments of celebration, but rather events that regularly mark key milestones in the life cycle of a project.
What is an Agile ceremony?
An Agile ceremony is an event inherent to the Agile process during which your team meets to discuss the actions to come. It’s a bit of a bombastic word to describe a standard meeting during the Agile process. The main goal of Agile ceremonies is to improve communication within Agile or Scrum teams so that everyone is on the same page. These ceremonies are often organized by the Product Owners or by the Scrum Masters .
